The city recorded the highest temperature in June on Monday, over the last 32 years. On Monday the temperature recorded was 41.6 degrees Celsius. According to the weatherman at the Cyclone Warning Centre, this year the city has been recording abnormal temperature in June. While on Monday it was 41.6 degree Celsius, on Sunday it was 41.4, on Saturday it was 40.2, on Friday 38.6 and on Thursday it was 39.8.
