Visakhapatnam: Setting a new trend in electoral politics, an independent MLC candidate of North Andhra Teachers Constituency, Adari Kishore Kumar, put forth his manifesto on a non-judicial stamp paper, swearing to live by all 22 promises made.The 39-year-old post graduate in law and in anthropology, Kishore Kumar promised teachers that he would take measures to construct a Teachers Bhavan in all districts headquarters in AP, wherein teachers would receive free accommodation and also be able to conduct family functions.Kumar’s manifesto announced a loan facility through a mutually aided cooperative society for government and private teachers, 50% discount on medicines for various diseases, along with free consultancy and a master health check-up by the government.
