250 iPhones worth Rs 1.4 crore stolen

Visakhapatnam: Around 250 iPhones worth Rs 1.4 crore were stolen from the godown of a retail showroom in Ramnagar in the city on Saturday. Sources said the nine persons were clearly visible in the CCTV footage.Two persons entered the godown and removed the packing on the phones. When he opened it, he found that the mobiles were stolen. The cops have registered a case and are investigating. He immediately alerted the Three Town police station.

Visakhapatnam: Around 250 iPhones worth Rs 1.4 crore were stolen from the godown of a retail showroom in Ramnagar in the city on Saturday. CCTV footage confirmed that nine persons were involved in the robbery.Central crime station cops said the robbery took place in the early hours of Saturday in the godown located close to Seven Hills Hospital.Duke Taran Kumar, manager of the showroom i-Magic, found to his shock that the shutter of the godown was damaged. When he opened it, he found that the mobiles were stolen. He immediately alerted the Three Town police station. Sources said the nine persons were clearly visible in the CCTV footage.Two persons entered the godown and removed the packing on the phones. The cops have registered a case and are investigating.
