more-in District Legal Services Authority and senior civil judge S. Damodar Rao has responded to the plea of a 70-year-old Kostu Appalanarasayya, a resident of Simhachalam in the city, and served notices on District Collector, VUDA Vice-Chairman and Zonal Commissioner of Gajuwaka Municipality for compensation for the land acquired from him about 30 years ago. VUDA had acquired 190 square yards from Mr. Appalanarasayya in Survey No. 36/3 of Gajuwaka Kanithi Road, for which he has been running from pillar to post for compensation.
