David Warner played a magnificient 112 run knock but it went in vain as the batting collapsed after his dismissal. Pat Cummins did try his best in the end but the Bangladesh spinners proved too good for the Australian talenders in the end. Australia will now look to comeback and draw the two match series in the second test match at Chittagong before they head to India for an ODI and T20 series.

Overall, it was an exciting contest, which was dominated by spinners and also proved that test cricket is not dead yet and provide as much entertainment as the shorter formats.
