Suresh Raina working hard to make a comeback into Team India
Indian cricketer Suresh Raina who has been questioned for lack of fitness of late, says that he is not the ‘Thanda’ type and will try his level best to make a comeback to the Indian cricket team. The Indian cricket team is working on a rotation policy for the 2019 World Cup and Suresh Raina may get his chance to prove that he still has got it.
One of the most talented left handed batsman ever produced, Suresh Raina says that he is not the ‘Thanda’ type and will try his level best to make a comeback to the Indian cricket team. The Indian cricket team is working on a rotation policy for the 2019 World Cup and Suresh Raina may get his chance to prove that he still has got it.
There is a healthy competition as far as the middle order is concerned and it will require something special from Raina to get his place and then to retain his position till the World Cup.
Raina was seen wearing Indian colours way back in February and since then has been struggling to make his way back to International cricket. He played the T20 series against England at that time and afterwards made headlines in IPL, but that was not enough to be considered by the selectors.
“I just want to tell people that I am working hard and I am not the thanda type. I always believed in hard work. 60% is your hard work and 40% is your luck. Look at Yuvraj, he did the same, he worked very hard and came back. Sachin Tendulkar told me very nice thing other day, sab achha hai, you don’t need to prove anyone. You have done so much, you just need enjoy your cricket. I always made with high intensity. I know my chance will come," said Suresh Raina.
Always great catching up with you, @ImRaina! My best wishes for the #DuleepTrophy! pic.twitter.com/oYC3hbXI0X
