IND vs SL: Pujara achieves rare feat, joins illustrious list
Pujara became just the third Indian batsmen to bat on all five days of a Test match. The other two Indian batsmen who achieved the same feat are Ravi Shastri against England at Kolkata (1984/85) and ML Jaisimha did it against Australia in Eden Gardens as well (1959/60).
Pujara is one of India’s matter of fact world’s premier Test player and he has been having a stellar year in the longest format of the game. The classy batsman added another feather to his cap on Day 5 of the first Test between India and Sri Lanka in Kolkata.
