Dhoni attends cricket match in Kashmir, crowd chant Afridi slogans
Mahi was the chief quest for the match between the south and north Kashmir team, which eventually was won by South Kashmir team.
While Team India is battling out against Sri Lanka in the Test series, Dhoni is enjoying his mini-break by spending time with the Indian Army. The former Indian skipper, who is an honorary Lt Colonel attended the final of an Army-sponsored cricket league in the Kashmir.

Mahi was the chief quest for the match between the south and north Kashmir team, which eventually was won by South Kashmir team. The Chinar Cricket Premier League saw participation by 110 teams from across Kashmir. At the end of the championship, the Army selected 32 players from the north and south of Kashmir and organised a final match.

A Huge crowd turned up to get a glimpse of Dhoni but some people at the match raised slogans like “Boom Boom Afridi when he arrived.

Dhoni is in the Valley for the past several days on the Army’s invitation. He has met students of the Army Public School in Srinagar.
