Europa League: Arsenal beat Cologne 3-1 in delayed kick-off
The Gunner’s lurched and wobbled to the interval before regaining a grip with a strong second half.
Arsenal playing in the Europa League for the first time since 2000, began their European campaign in chaos as their game against Cologne was delayed by an hour due to a problem caused by thousands of ticketless away supporters. Police confirmed four arrests were made before kick-off.

The Gunner’s lurched and wobbled to the interval before regaining a grip with a strong second half. Kolasinac equalized straight after second half kicked-off which was followed up by a stunning Alexis Sanchez curler to settle the storm and clinch the three points. Hector Bellerin added the third in the closing minutes, a deserved goal after a strong display by the right-back.
