PLAYERS WHO'VE BEEN A PART OF BOTH SRH AND KKR

He was part of KKR for the lengthiest time since 2011, and was purchased by SRH in this yearâ??s auction. It took him a while to play his first IPL match only in 2013.

Every time when the auction takes place, each franchise has to take some tough decisions. From a playerâ??s perspective, what you call your home could become an away match for you. Your teammates becomes your rival. And there are times when you might just get booed by the crowd who may have celebrated all your 4s and 6s and wickets. These things can happen and does happen in IPL.

While the rivalry stayed healthy last time we played SRH at Eden Gardens, one can not ignore the number of players who have played for both the teams. Hereâ??s the list of those players who have once shared their rivals dugout.

Chris LynnThe explosive opener from Brisbane was first part of now defunctioned Hyderabad-based IPL team, Deccan Chargers. In two seasons (2011, 2012), he only played one match. He didnâ??t get a chance for Sunrisers Hyderabad in 2013. KKR bought him in 2014, and since then thereâ??s only one team for Lynnsanity. KKR!

Yusuf PathanThe hard-hitting right-handed batsman has done justice to his strength every time heâ??s taken the field in IPL. Part of many great KKR memories, the explosive batsman from Baroda is now part of the Orange Army. Heâ??s a match winner and has proved his mettle with Rajasthan Royals and is doing just about the same with Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Manish PandeyHe almost took SRH home with his 62 run knock off just 38 balls the other night vs RCB. He couldnâ??t finish it for SRH though, but we know what heâ??s capable of. He first joined KKR in 2014, we won the championship that year, and his contribution while playing for KKR was immense.

Shakib Al HasanThe world number 1 all-rounder in Tests and ODI and no. 3 in T20I, the Bangladeshi cricketer is the real deal with both bat and ball. He was part of KKR for the lengthiest time since 2011, and was purchased by SRH in this yearâ??s auction. His own performance this year is one of the main reasons why SRH are finishing in the top two of the points table in the league stage of VIVO IPL 2018.

Wriddhiman SahaIndiaâ??s wicket-keeper batsman in test cricket, Saha first joined KKR in 2008. In 2011, he was bought by CSK, followed by KXIP in 2014. SRH bought him in the auction this year. He is not having the best of the seasons with SRH, but heâ??s worthy of great comeback in the coming days.

Siddharth Kaul and Shreevats GoswamiThe second highest wicket-taker for SRH in this season, right-arm medium fast bowler Siddharth Kaul first came into IPL as a 17-year young Knight in 2008. It took him a while to play his first IPL match only in 2013. Now with SRH, Siddharth has been one of the most impressive uncapped Indian bowler.

Shreevats Goswami is also playing with SRH for the first time. He has replaced out of form W. Saha in the playing eleven.
