AI is creating more jobs than it is destroying, way more

According to their 2019 report, 40% of respondents from Global 2000 organisations are adding jobs as a result of AI adoption. Better still, according to the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) ‘Future of Jobs’ report, 133 million new jobs will be created by AI by 2022. Deep learning and machine learning is the fastest growing area of expertise that is sought by companies, as AI itself is slowing slightly. The highest paying job title in the machine learning field – in the US – is US $142,858 (on average for top jobs). Ultimately, training as an engineer who specialises in AI, machine learning and its implementation seems to be the best option.
