KKR vs RCB Preview:: KKR look to seal Play-off spot, RCB look to salvage some pride

The 46th match of IPL 2017 will be played between RCB and KKR at the Chinaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. The last time these two sides met, RCB were dismissed for the lowest total in IPL. But, RCB have a slight advantage if the past record for the two teams at Bengaluru is taken into account. But, poor form of top order batsman has resulted in a disastrous run for them this season and a win just does not seem on the cards. . It has been really surprising to see a team consisting of Kohli, Gayle and  de Villiers perform so badly. Some changes are expected with Watson likely to sit out once again.

A hamstring niggle kept Robin Uthappa out of Knight Riders` last game. The team will take a call on his selection based on how he shapes up during practice on Saturday. Chris Lynn, who injured his shoulder in the match against Mumbai Indians on April 9, is reported to be recovering quickly and has had a couple of hits in the last couple of days, though there is no clarity if he has sufficiently recovered to take part in this match.

A lot will depend on the batting order of both sides. While RCB`S batsman have dissapointed their fans throughout the season, KKR batsman have been relatively much more consistent. Captain Gautam Gambhir has led from the front and setting an example for the rest of the side.

On the bowling front, Nathan Coulter Nile is a crucial part of KKR side and his presence will be a big boost for the KKR outfit. Kuldeep Yadav and Sunil Narine are also likely to trouble the out of form Bangalore batsman. For RCB, Yuzvendra Chahal and Pawan Negi will play an important role if they want to put brake on the KKR batsman run flow.
