Bengaluru CCB arrests two for IPL match betting
The Bengaluru City Crime Branch on Tuesday captured two individuals for their supposed contribution in unlawful wagering on the Indian Premier League 2020 match. The wagering purportedly occurred during the ongoing Kolkata Knightriders and Rajasthan Royals coordinate.
About Rs 13.5 lakh money and two phones were seized from the charged, the police said. In a comparative occurrence a week ago, one individual was captured by the City Crime Branch for their supposed contribution in illicit wagering during the IPL 2020 and held onto Rs 30.5 lakh and two PDAs.
