The Indian skipper marked the special occasion with yet another Test century, making it three consecutive and 20th overall Test hundred. Kohli dominated proceedings and reached the three-figure mark in just 110 balls, making this knock his fastest Test hundred. He hit 14 fours in his innings.

Virat’s partner in crime Murali Vijay who made a comeback to the playing line-up in the second Test once again scored a century, completing his 11th Test hundred with ease.
