India registered their second win of the tournament after thrashing Papua New Guinea, chasing down the target in just eight overs. PNG batting first struggled to cope with India’s bowling attack as they bundled out in just 64 runs.

From there onwards, it was a cakewalk for India, Shaw played some magnificent cricket, and scoring 57 in 39 balls while his partner took a backseat as his captain hit 12 fours in his innings. India are on top of the Group now and have almost booked their quarter-final spot.
