ICC World Cup 2019 Opening Ceremony: Where to watch
The ceremony will be hosted by Former England cricketer Andrew Flintoff and comedian Paddy McGuinness. Former cricketers of 10 countries are expected to be present to inaugurate the tournament.
ICC World Cup tournament will start from tomorrow May 30 with England and South Africa playing the opening match against each other. ICC has decided to launch the tournament with an Opening Party on The Mall on Wednesday. The ceremony will be hosted by Former England cricketer Andrew Flintoff and comedian Paddy McGuinness. Former cricketers of 10 countries are expected to be present to inaugurate the tournament.
"It will be the most celebrated start to a Cricket World Cup ever," the International Cricket Council (ICC) had earlier said in a press release. This will be the first time in ICC World Cup history that the opening ceremony will take place other than stadium.
During the 2015 Cricket World Cup, two opening ceremonies were held in New Zealand and Australia on the eve of the beginning of the tournament. One took place in North Hagley Park, Christchurch in New Zealand while the other in Melbourne, Australia.

The ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 opening ceremony will take place at The Mall, in the City of Westminster, Central London on Wednesday, May 29.
