Its been five days since Home Buyers have been sitting on a hunger strike outside Amrapali Corporate Office in Noida demanding possession of their flats. Their anger against the Government was clearly visible earlier but now they have launched an attack on former Indian cricket team skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni as well. Protestors are seen holding a picture of Dhoni and calling him a thief.
Mahendra Singh Dhoni actually used to be brand ambassador of the Amrapali group and the investors are saying that they were only convinced to invest after seeing Dhoni as the face of the company. The buyers have still not got the possession of their homes, payment of which had been made years back. They are also requesting Uttar Pradesh CM , Yogi Adityanath and PM Narendra Modi to intervene in this matter.

Many buyers are even taking leaves from their jobs to stage protest against the builder. They are demanding the arrest of Chief Managing Director Anil Sharma. Meanwhile, the staffers of the Amrapali Group, who haven't received their salaries since the last 10 months, also joined the homebuyers to protest against builders.
