ONGC extends financial assistance to SC

Speaking on the occasion Sanyal said that the company would not shy away from investing in exploration and production, even when the market price of the crude was not encouraging. “As we are taking up projects to fuel nation’s growth, in the same vein we are taking up activities for the development of communities,” he added. Sanyal attributed the success of ONGC to the cooperation of the people in its operational areas. He urged the beneficiaries to use the funds for the purposes intended. Officer bearers of collectives from ASTO, PEU, AISCSTEWA, OBC & MOBC, WDF and senior officers attended the programme. The entire programme was co-ordinated by All India SC/ST Employees Welfare Association.
