As per reports the incident took place after the band’s August 31 show at The Pin venue in Spokane, Washington. A woman claimed in court documents that they gang-raped her on their tour bus.
Four band members were arrested in Los Angeles following the accusation of kidnapping.

Soon the band was taken into custody by Spokane Police Department.
