In a shocking turn of events, Mumbai Police has booked Arjun Rampal's brother-in-law Amit Gill for allegedly molesting an air hostess and threatening her to upload her nude pics online.
Amit, who is married to Rampal’s sister Komal, had reportedly called the air hostess who is also his investment client, at his house in Anand Villa, where he spiked her drink and took her obscene photos and also touched her private parts.
As per reports the air hostess had given him Rs 18 lakh to invest on her behalf. Gill had promised good returns on the amount. However, he later refused to return the principal amount, as well as, an interest of Rs 6 lakh.
According to sources, it had been more than a year since the victim had been asking the accused for the money. But when he failed to do so, she threatened him to approach the police after which Gill sent her nude pictures through an application.
Well, it’ll be interesting to know what new turns this case will take.
Meanwhile, Amit Gill is not new to controversies, he was earlier arrested for allegedly betting money on the India vs Sri Lanka cricket series in 2017.
