Sara Ali Khan dragged to court for signing ‘Simmba’ before finishing ‘Kedarnath’

Sara Ali Khan’s debut film ‘Kedarnath’ has been swimming in controversies ever since it has been announced. And now after facing a legal trouble with KriArj Entertainment, the movie has landed in a different matter.

As per latest reports, director Abhishek Kapoor has now dragged lead actress and star kid Sara Ali Khan to court over date issues.

According to sources the producer complaint that Abhishek took Sara onboard in 2017 when she signed the contract last September.

The whole issue from the makers side is that, Sara had earlier gave a nod to be available on all the dates throughout the shoot. But when the makers informed her that the shooting of ‘Kedarnath’ will go till May to July 5, her agent said that she won’t be available in June as she’ll start filming for Ranveer Singh’s ‘Simmba’.

Now, Abhishek Kapoor wants the court to look into the matter and let her know that she can’t start any other film until she finishes ‘Kedarnath’. In fact, the director has also asked HC to ask Sara to pay Rs 5 crore for breaching the contract and making damages.
