When asked about her relationship with her parents, the sizzling BipashaBasu revealed that, “I was 15 when I did my first modelling assignment. However, I had registered myself without my parents’ knowledge and told them only when I got a call from Mumbai for the assignment. As I was a topper in my class and my parents were expecting me to become a doctor, my dad was visibly upset and did not speak to me for a year because I decided to make a career in modelling.”
With a lump in her throat she further added saying, “Now, my parents are very proud of me. The day my dad saw my first movie - Ajnabee, he mentioned that I didn’t act like a newcomer and was surprised with my work.”
