Sonali Bendre Death Hoax: Husband Goldie Behl hits back at FAKE rumours

Actress Sonali Bendre who is currently undergoing a treatment in US for her metastatic cancer was recently declared dead by an MLA Ram Kadam. Yes, in a recent tweet he paid condolences to the actress by saying, “Sonali Bendre, the actress who ruled Hindi and Marathi cinema was to all, is no more."

However soon after getting slammed for posting tweet without checking facts, Ram Kadam posted another tweet saying,

“About Sonali Bendre ji It was rumour. Since last two days.. I pray to God for good health and speedy recovery."

The netizens took to their social media platforms to lash out at Kadam- but the damage had already been done. Many people took Kadam's tweet rather seriously and were wildly spreading it.

Sonali, however, clarified later that she was fine, and now her husband Goldie Behl has something to say. Behl has appealed to social media users to use the platform responsibly and not hurt anybody's sentiments. His tweet reads, "I appeal to all to please use social media more responsibly. Let us not believe in rumours and spread them, unnecessarily hurting the sentiments of those involved. Thank you."

Meanwhile, a few hours before Goldie’s tweet, Sonali’s BFF, Sussanne Khan posted  a picture of Sonali, who seems okay in the picture, enjoying with her and Gayatri Joshi. Sussanne has captioned the picture , “This is Us....Fight for you, Respect you, Include you, Encourage you, Need you, Deserve you, Stand by you. #myheartmonsters #adayinthepark #surfon #summeroflove2018”
