After buying a swanky house in New York, now Priyanka Chopra is all set to buy a penthouse in Mumbai. Yes as per sources, Pee Cee is negotiating a property transaction for a triplex beachfront penthouse in Mumbai.
Aren’t you curious to know how does it look like?
Well, the lavish, sea-view apartment is coming up in a boutique project known as 7 Waterfront being built on the lawn area of the only remaining bungalow of total seven bungalows in Seven Bungalows locality in Versova suburb of Mumbai.
But there is an interesting story behind it.
Builder Radius Developers recently acquired the lawn of the bungalow Dariya Mahal from the successors of textile merchant Maneklala Chunilal Chinai. The bungalow was built by British architect Claude Batley for the wealthy family in the 1930s. Radius is now developing the 40,000 sq ft project while retaining the bungalow. The project will consist of a triplex penthouse spread over 13,500 sq ft and three duplexes offering maximum privacy and a view of the Arabian Sea.
Although the negotiated price for the ‘Quantico’ actress is still not ascertained, the ongoing property rates in the vicinity range from Rs 40,000 to Rs 75,000 per sq ft for multi-storey apartments.
Well after this all we can say year 2017 had been a lucky year for Priyanka Chopra.
