Tripura Man dies in police custody CM orders probe

A 38-year-old man arrested in connection with an ATM hacking case died in police custody at West Agartala police station in Tripura in the early hours of Sunday. Sushanta Ghosh, a resident of Lankamura in West Tripura, was arrested by cyber crime branch of Tripura police on Saturday in connection with ATM hacking case in Agartala. Police said Ghosh was found hanging inside the lavatory of the custody at 5:05 on Sunday morning. Earlier in October last year, a 19-year old boy accused of theft died in police custody in Tripura's Gomati district.
