Ratan Biswas, an officer of Information and Cultural department of Tripura said there are 16 daily newspapers which are published from Agartala. “Papers were not going to districts and remote subdivisions after railways and public transports declared closure to prevent coronavirus outbreak,” Tripura Newspapers' Society informed through a press release.
