AGRA: Tension prevailed in Kasganj city on Tuesday early morning, after a dalit sanitary worker was shot and injured by upper caste men.The incident took place at around 7:45 am in Pholowali gully colony near Jama Masjid of Kasganj Kotwali police jurisdiction. The upper caste men even verbally abused the victim.”Station house officer of Kasganj Kotwali, Ashok Singh said, “Rinku is a habitual drinker. On a mere issue of collecting the garbage outside his home, he shot the sanitary worker.
