In a bid to help the non-Hindi speaking passengers, the train announcements will now automatically get translated into six different languages.The system, which runs on software especially designed for the purpose, auto-records an announcement and then translates in seven languages — English, Gujrati, Marathi, Kannad, Tamil, Malyalam.“We realized the necessity for such a system during our preparations for the Kumbh Mela,” said Gaurav Krishna Bansal, chief public relation officer..
