Delhi residents meet with road mishap on Yamuna Expressway two women killed

According to police, 25 persons have been killed on Yamuna Expressway this year, including 13 this month. It plunged into the gap between two flyovers after ramming into divider. The family hailed from Chandan Vihar of Prem Nagar, Delhi and the four were headed to Sultanpur.Sub inspector Raj Kumar, who was among the first to reach the accident spot, said, “The driver probably feel asleep on steering wheel and lost control on the speeding SUV. Victims were identified as Manorma (35) and her mother-in-law Ramvati (70), who were killed on the spot, while Manorma’s husband Rajesh Tiwari (37) and nephew Manoj Tiwari (22) were gravely injured.According to police, Manoj Tiwari was driving the vehicle at the time of incident. AGRA: A Delhi-based family headed for a wedding ceremony in an SUV, met with a road accident on Yamuna Expressway in Mathura district , after the car rammed into divider and plunged into the wide gap between two flyovers.Two women were killed in the mishap, while two men were injured and admitted in a private hospital of Agra city.The accident took place near milestone 137 of Baldeo police jurisdiction at around 6:30am..
