No nomination filed in Agra dist on first day, 39 forms issued

AGRA: No candidate filed their papers on the first day of the Lok Sabha election nomination process on Tuesday. Leaders of BJP, Congress, Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party, Rashtriya Lok Samta Party, Rashtriya Shoshit Samaj Party, Ambedkarite Party of India, Rashtriya Samaj Party reached the collectorate for nomination forms. However, 39 candidates and their representatives contesting from the Agra and Fatehpur Sikri seats collected nomination forms. According to election officials, 14 nomination forms were issued for Agra seat and 25 for Fatehpur Sikri.
