Summary:
Agra: Around 1.5 lakh degree certificates of students who graduated from Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar University four years back have not been issued. For the purpose, a target to issue 3,000 degree certificates every day was set. Even after much delay, the university administration has not been able to clear backlog of the past four academic sessions. University administration had assured that it would send the degree certificate at home. I have applied for my degree certificate twice but to no avail..
