Summary:

The health department of the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC), in its weekly bulletin, has mentioned that the city has reported 110 cases of swine flu in January. There’s good news from a different quarter though as there has been a respite in vector-borne cases. “Until January 26, 110 positive cases of swine flu and two deaths were reported. Due to a drop in temperature, there are chances of increase in flu cases. Cough, cold and mild fever, include the symptoms of H1N1,” said Dr Bhavin Solanki, in-charge medical officer, AMC..
