Fresh cases of swine flu have been trickling in steadily and as many as 54 persons have tested positive for the flu in the city limits since January 1.Besides the deaths, four other persons from the city tested positive for swine flu. Some others from outside the district have also tested positive during treatment in the city. Also, 11 from Vadodara district were found suffering from the viral infection.Most of these 11 cases are of persons residing in areas near the city.
