Oilfield firm staff cheats company of Rs 19L

AHMEDABAD: An executive with an oilfield company, having its branched across the country, on Saturday filed a complaint of cheating of Rs 18.87 lakh with Vastrapur police against an employee of the firm.Manoj Pawar, administration executive of the GTC Oilfield Services Private Limited, having its office in Thaltej, said in his FIR with Vastrapur police that the accused, Rajdeep Gupta , who hails from Gurugram and stayed in Naroda area of the city, had joined the company in December 2018.Gupta was given the responsibility of accounts under which he used to recover and give money to different persons and firms according to company's need..
