The Cyber cell found out that the four arrested for hacking RTO software and issuing illegal licenses had committed a similar crime nine months ago. As per Cyber cell officials, in March 2018, the accused installed the keylogger on the assistant RTO's computer, stole his ID and password, and got access to Sarthi software.
