Summary:

Two students freshly enrolled in a college in Navsari were suspected of being the terrorists from Aghanistan that have sent all security units in Gujarat into high alert. On August 17, the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) also circulated a photo of one of the men, reported to be the leader of the group, with all Special Operations Group units (SOG) posted in the state. "The two students from Afghanistan have enrolled in the university's post-graduation course and reported to the college two days ago," said AM Muniya, police superintendent of Navsari. The students travelled from Kabul to Delhi by plane, from where they took a train to Vadodara. "Around five Afghanistan students studying at the university currently," said Dr Arvind Patel, an in-charge of the Academics Department..
