Gujarat Board 10th, 12th exam postponed, these classes will be promoted, Know updates

Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, and Maharashtra have also postponed their state board examination for these classes due to the alarming increase in coronavirus cases.

Amid the covid19 surge and the board exam pending, the Gujrat Government has finally come up with a decision.

The Vijay Rupani government has decided to postpone the class 10 and class 12 Board exams until further notice, most possibly between 10 to 12 May.

Also, the state government (Gujarat Government) has also decided to promote students of classes 1 to 9 and 11 without any examination.

It has been informed by tweeting by the Chief Minister`s Office of Gujarat.

According to the tweet, "In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Gujarat government has decided to postpone the Class 10 and Class 12 board exams (Gujarat Board GSEB 10th, 12th Exam 2021), which was scheduled to be held from May 10 to 25.

Along with this, it has also been decided to promote the students of classes 1 to 9 and 11.

New dates will be fixed for this.
