ALLAHABAD: The Allahabad high court on Tuesday dismissed the bail application of Manish Bhandari , the director of a company which was supplying oxygen to BRD Medical College It is alleged that just before 30 children died in two days at the hospital in August, Bhandari's firm Pushpa Sales had snapped oxygen supply to its paediatrics ward due to mounting dues.Bhandari was one of the accused, including the then principal of the college, who were held accountable for the snapping of oxygen supply..
