ALLAHABAD: The 2nd Meghnad Saha memorial international symposium-cum-workshop on Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (MMISLIBS-II 2018) started with offering tribute to Prof Meghnad Saha at the Department of Physics of Allahabad University , on Monday. Prof Saha was the founder of the department.The chief guest Prof Robert Fedosejevs from the University of Alberta, Canada deliberated in detail about the use of micro LIBS from small human cell to asteroids.
