The bakeries have prepared Holi special chocolates, cakes, cookies in specially designed gift packs with colours and sprinklers.“We have layered cookies with colourful cream and sprinkles to go with the theme of Holi and to give that extra attraction”, said Mohit Roy, owner of a popular bakery of the city. Along with the cookies we also have multicoloured cakes, he added.The city bakeries are also offering muffins, cupcakes, puddings along with Ghujia, sweets and other items in sugar-free variant also.“Every year, we purchase different kinds of sweets, biscuits, papad and other delicacies to offer to our guest but this year the idea of colourful cookies caught my attention instantly”, said Divya, a housewife..
