Temple of Dalits razed, 34 booked

"A resident, Jarnail Singh, donated three kanals (1,500 square yards) to the Dalits for constructing the temple. We had started raising the structure, but other villagers living near the spot - Ajaib Singh, Hachand Singh and Buta Singh, followers of Dera Sacha Sauda - had been claiming ownership of the land. BATHINDA: Police have registered a case against 34 men, 25 of whom are yet to be identified, for allegedly razing a temple which was being constructed in Warring village, Muktsar.The local Dalit community was constructing the temple dedicated to Sant Ravidass.
