Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shivdular Singh Dhillon appreciated the services of Baba Sewa Singh for planting medicinal saplings. He said 50,000 saplings of pilkhan, peepal, bohar and flowers would be planted on both sides of the road. He said the Kar Sewa sect had planted saplings along the road side on 400-km stretch in Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. “We are also running a campaign for the plantation of little forests in Punjab villages and 28 such forests have been developed..
