2 booked for ‘trading’ certificate to get a job

The incident came to light after he lodged a complaint of stealing of Matric certificate with the police. The police probe also indicted the complainant, Kulmeet Singh, a resident of Sarai Amant Khan in Tarn Taran, in the case. The other accused was Manjinder Singh of Tapiala village who is currently serving in the Army. As Kulmeet was finding it difficult to get a passport, he decided to lodge a police complaint against Manjinder who managed to get a passport on the certificate of Kulmeet..
