The child was going to Bheelowal village from Nath Di Khooi village on a tractor-trailer with his parents when an SUV hit the vehicle while overtaking. Victim’s father Balbir Singh said the SUV was being driven at a high speed. He said the sand loaded in the trolleys was brought from an illegal sand mine on a water body in the area.
