Though the sewa kendras are accepting applications, the MC is unable to clear all files due to issues in server. Officers of the department concerned claimed that the e-sewa server has not been running properly for long. Dharminderjit Singh, incharge of the wing, said: “Our staff can clear around 200 files every day if the e-sewa server functions properly. Following the pendency, we are working till 7 pm daily and also attend the office on Saturday.”.
