Various types of flowers and plants had been displayed by the entries received from affiliated colleges, schools and individuals. Students from various departments reached near the Sri Guru Granth Sahib Bhawan of the Guru Nanak Dev University to witness colours of nature. The exhibition was organised to associate students with nature and to promote floriculture and plantation in the society. Eminent scholars of the field Dr YC Gupta, Dean, College of Horticulture, HP University; Dr Parminder Singh, associate professor, Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiana; and others will also be present at the event..
