The deceased has been identified as Bikramjit Singh Vicky a resident of Ramana Chak village near Khalchian. Pargat Singh brother of the victim stated that he used to work as a helper (on the truck mounted vacuum sweeping machine) with a private firm Piara Singh & Sons Company.
