Sandip Singh a government teacher who tested positive for Covid on June 10 believes that keeping oneself mentally strong is the key to recovery. Since the Covid outbreak I religiously followed health guidelines and practiced social distancing but somehow contracted the virus. “I went for the test when I experienced breathing issues followed by other symptoms such as loss appetite sense of smell and taste. On the completion of my compulsory isolation I went for the Covid test again and tested negative. To avoid negative thoughts I used to watch motivational movies during the isolation period” he said..
