The aspirants come to gurdwara at the Police Lines everyday in the evening from 3 pm to 5 pm where Shweta Dhruman gives them coaching voluntarily. All this was being done with the efforts of some of the social activists working in the Police Department. She also tells them about the ways to work on their concentration levels. She said teaching was her hobby and she used to work for the downtrodden in Gujarat too..
