HC fines PI Rs 75,000 for parading man with garland of shoes

Jadhav had also lodged a complaint with the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), which slapped a fine of Rs 25,000 on Kakde. Kakde was found guilty of parading Jadhav and illegally detaining him after he had been given bail. Jadhav got conditional bail the next day, but was not allowed to leave the police station till 8pm.In keeping with the bail conditions, Jadhav regularly reported to the police station for three months. He was arrested the same day and the court remanded him in police custody till June 17, during which his relatives were made to pay Rs 30,000.
